Ox & Barn Giveaway Policy

Please Read Carefully

1. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to all legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry unless otherwise stated.

2. Entry Period: The Giveaway will begin on date specified on giveaway detail advertisement only on ox & barn official pages, please verify before entering.

3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the Giveaway instructions on post, email, or ad, which sometimes may require personal information such as name, address, telephone number, and email address.

4. Giveaway Prize: The Giveaway prizes and value will vary. The prize is nontransferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The winner will be notified within 5 days of the close of the entry period.

6. General Conditions: By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these Official Rules. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

7. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

8. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

9. Disputes: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of [state], without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions.
